Can everybody paddle board?

At SUP Shellharbour we encourage everyone to have a go, whether that be standing, kneeling or laying. Our instructors have experience with many guests. We would encourage you to speak to the owner, Bec (0427667938) prior to your booking to ensure we plan the best visit possible.

Accessible Communication Board

Our Accessible Communication Board uses clear pictures and simple language to help guests understand activities, equipment, instructions and safety information throughout their paddle boarding experience.

We encourage participants, families, carers and support workers to view it before arriving so everyone feels confident and prepared.

Need information in pictures?

We know everyone processes information differently.

If you'd prefer a visual guide instead of reading lots of text, explore our Visual Guide & Picture Menu. It explains our paddle boarding experiences, equipment, add-ons and what to expect using simple images and icons.

Please contact Bec on 0427667938 to ask more about how we can provide you with the best SUP experience.
