Arrive at Reddall Reserve early Sunday for a Welcome to Country by Jodi Edwards.
Then grab your SUP; we'll supply a sand bag & rope for your anchor.
Enjoy a mass SUP Yoga as the sun rises & on beautiful Lake Illawarra.
No experience necessary, & be prepared for giggles as we don't always stay afloat!
What's it all about?
Our SUP Yoga class will be led by Danielle,
ASI Instructor & Yoga teacher.
Bring your own SUP boards or
organise to hire one from SUP Shellharbour.
You'll be given a bag to fill with sand & a rope
to tie to your board for an anchor.
The class is fun.
We'll start with a lying or sitting relaxation,
move into lvl 1 & 2 modified Yoga poses,
& maybe try a few challenges.
Are you brave enough to try a tree pose!
What if I've never
tried it before?
If you're new to SUP YogaFit, don't worry.
It's good to have a little knowledge about standing on a SUP but our instructor Danielle, will guide you through your session.
A child's pose is always a great way to
take some time out, rest, relax
& check in with your body...
especially when your floating on a SUP!
